Key responsibilities Deliver occupational therapy services to patients as scheduled on an on-call basis Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care and rehabilitation goals Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Adhere to professional and departmental policies and procedures Engage personally with patients to ensure compassionate care What you will need Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum) Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers Current Occupational Therapist license for the State of Wisconsin Prior occupational therapy experience preferred but not required Flexibility to work on an on-call basis What we offer Competitive base pay of $34.47 per hour, adjusted for experience Supportive departmental leadership and collaborative work environment Our culture & values At Emplify Health by Gundersen, we live our mission of empathy amplified through belonging, respect, excellence, accountability, teamwork, and humility.
