The Patient Care Secretary supports the Team Manager by handling all patient care related clerical procedures, including screening calls, facilitating communication, and maintaining daily schedules for team members. Key duties involve establishing and closing patient charts, managing required documentation mailings, ordering D.M.E., and entering patient care and volunteer data into tracking systems.
Candidates are preferred to have three years of prior work experience, along with good typing skills and computer literacy to manage multiple tasks effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
