The physician will provide patient-centered family medicine care in an outpatient clinic setting and manage light call rotations. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multi-specialty team and providing back-up coverage for local nursing home patients.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. A valid medical license and the ability to work in a team-based clinical environment are required.

This clinic has a robust team environment and a fun collegial culture. Many of the staff choose to live in Spooner for its exceptional outdoor recreation & beauty. Brand new, state-of-the-art clinic and hospital Enjoy great work-life balance with a “Low Call” model. You will be on a light call rotation of 1 in 13 that includes patients from both the clinic and a local nursing home. However, for much of the nursing home care you are functioning as a back-up, filling in gaps in their coverage. No hospital call Multi-specialty group that consists of 3 Family Practice Physicians, 5.8 Family Nurse Practitioners and numerous visiting specialties on site weekly Admit to Spooner Health System, a 24-bed CAH facility that is attached to the clinic. The Emergency Room is staffed by the hospital.
