The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will collaborate with a physician to provide virtual care for patients with substance use disorders. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, managing medications, and facilitating virtual shared medical appointments.
Candidates must hold an active Michigan state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and possess at least one year of experience in addiction medicine. A current DEA license and BLS certification are also required for this role.

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Workit Health, you will be responsible for collaborating with a physician to provide whole-person care to patients with substance use disorders via our telehealth platform. Currently all of our positions are remote until further notice.

Workit's policy requires providers to have a license and DEA and CP (not Workit provided) if applies in the physical location they are present when seeing a patient AND license and DEA and CP (Workit provided) in the location where patient physically present (clinic state).

Pay range $140,000—$150,000 USD
