You’ll help clients achieve personal goals, explore new hobbies, and enjoy trips into the community—all while creating relationships that bring lasting satisfaction for both you and them. You will be supporting a non-verbal child with autism and ADHD as well as complex medical needs associated with epilepsy.
• You will work in a 2:1 setting with another support worker to be proactive and responsive to ensure the client's safety is maintained. Shifts are physically active and will involve being out in the community with the client on walks and various activities. We need you to be confident and calm & support regulation and safety. Clear structure and routine is crucial in this role and on your shifts. What You’ll Do · Deliver person-centered care within the client’s own home. · Maintain safety whilst making positive risk decisions. · Enrich life and promote independence. · Build trust and long-term relationships that make every day meaningful.
