• Weekends: £21.01 per hour

• You will work in varying ratios of 1:1 and 2:1 shifts, with the opportunity for shadow shifts beforehand. You will be trained specifically to care for the client. You should be a patient, caring and compassionate person. You will have an understanding of complex mental health conditions and learn how best to comfort and support our client day-to-day. What You’ll Do Deliver person-centred care within the client’s own home. Maintain safety whilst making positive risk decisions. Enrich life and promote independence. Build trust and long-term relationships that make every day meaningful.
