You will provide person-centered care to a child with complex needs in their home and the community, ensuring their safety and well-being. This involves maintaining a clear routine, supporting personal goals, and building a meaningful, long-term relationship with the client.
Candidates must have at least 12 months of UK-based experience in a community setting and be confident in managing risks and using physical intervention. A strong commitment to ethical standards and the ability to work in a 2:1 setting are essential.
