Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in skilled nursing and sub-acute facilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility staff to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
Requires an active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of practice. Candidates must be able to provide in-person services and possess basic proficiency with electronic health records.

Senior Care Therapy is seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our mission of providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted livings throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD.
