The Behavioral Health Technician will provide care, support, and supervision to youth in a residential setting while assisting with daily living activities. They are responsible for documenting behaviors, facilitating structured activities, and utilizing trauma-informed de-escalation techniques to ensure a safe environment.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be at least 21 years old. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain CPR and CPI certifications within 90 days of hire are required.
