Requires a minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience and proficiency with OASIS documentation. Candidates must hold an active Oregon Physical Therapy license and a BLS certification.

This role supports a home health program delivering one-on-one patient care across a defined geographic area, focusing on functional mobility, rehabilitation, and patient independence.
POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for Physical Therapists with strong home health experience who are comfortable working independently, managing their own schedule, and providing care in a variety of patient home environments.
COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. Each compensation package is customized and may include taxable hourly wages along with tax-free stipends when applicable.
