The PICC RN provides expert vascular access services, including the bedside insertion of PICCs, midlines, and peripheral IV catheters. They are also responsible for patient education and maintaining accurate clinical documentation according to company and client policies.
Candidates must hold a current RN license in the state of practice and possess current ACLS and BCLS certifications. Proficiency in vascular access procedures and the ability to travel between healthcare facilities are required.
The job of PICC RN/ Vascular Access Specialist was established for the purpose/s of providing expert
vascular access services to the patients of our clients. Working within the guidelines set forth by the state
in which these employees are licensed and also working within the guidelines set forth by the Company,
the PICC RN/ Vascular Access Specialist will maintain a high level of professionalism and skill.
