Candidates must hold a valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the United States and possess experience in outpatient patient care. Proficiency in English, the ability to perform injections, and basic knowledge of patient education principles are required.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our pediatric patients in our Centerville office. The LPN will be responsible for educating patients and their families about health conditions and care plans, promoting better health outcomes. Working collaboratively with our Physicians and Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals, the LPN supports comprehensive care delivery tailored to individual patient needs. Ultimately, this role ensures that patients receive compassionate, competent, and timely nursing care while adhering to regulatory standards and office policies.
Nursing license validation guarantees that the LPN meets professional standards and legal requirements to practice safely. Preferred skills like collaboration with Physicians and Nurse Practitioners and familiarity with EHR systems enhance care coordination and documentation accuracy, contributing to a seamless healthcare experience. Strong attention to detail and organization abilities. Proficiency in medical terminology, computer skills and HIPAA.
