The Attending Psychiatrist is responsible for all clinical and treatment decisions within the Partial Hospitalization Program. They must collaborate with staff and other treatment programs to ensure high-quality patient care.
Candidates must hold a medical degree from an accredited school and have completed a residency in psychiatry. Board certification is preferred, along with comprehensive knowledge of psychiatric disorders and pharmacological treatments.
The Attending Psychiatrist of the Partial Hospitalization Program is legally and medically responsible for all clinical and treatment decisions, based upon input from staff, or patients within the unit and/or other treatment programs as required or assigned by the Medical Director and/or Executive Director.
