The clinician serves as a primary therapist for in-home clients, implementing evidence-based treatment plans and providing therapeutic interventions. They are responsible for maintaining clinical documentation, collaborating with DCYF and the court system, and providing parent education in home and community settings.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related human services field. A valid driver's license with reliable access to a vehicle is required, along with relevant clinical experience working with children and families.

The ISO Home Based Clinician reports to the clinical supervisor and serves as a primary therapist and contact for all in-home clients assigned. The ISO Clinician utilizes evidence-based treatment methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients on their caseload.
