The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct resident care in accordance with assessments and care plans under the direction of nursing management. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality service while following company policies and safety guidelines.
Candidates must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice and be at least 18 years old. A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance are required for daily travel to patient locations.

The CNA works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follows all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.
