Provide essential personal care and support services to patients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility. Monitor patient health status, document vital signs, and follow individualized care plans under the direction of clinical staff.
Requires a current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification from the California Department of Public Health and a valid CPR certification. Candidates must have reliable transportation for travel across Orange County and strong English communication skills.
