Conduct in-home psychiatric nursing assessments and provide skilled interventions to manage mental illness symptoms. Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Requires a current California Registered Nurse license and at least one year of professional psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience. A degree from an accredited nursing program is required, with a BSN preferred.
