Participants will work with licensed fertility clinics and a dedicated Journey Manager to undergo a structured medical process. The primary goal is to help individuals and couples build their families through gestational surrogacy.
Candidates must be between 24 and 39 years old with a BMI of 19 to 29 and have previously experienced a healthy pregnancy and delivery. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents currently raising at least one child and willing to undergo medical and psychological screenings.

Surrogacy is a family-building arrangement, not a traditional employment position. Participants enter into an independent agreement and are supported by licensed fertility clinics and a dedicated care team.
What to Expect Work with licensed fertility clinics and experienced medical professionals. Receive dedicated support from a personal Journey Manager. Participate in a structured, guided medical process. Help individuals and couples build their families.
Compensation Base compensation ranges from $60,000 to $90,000. Compensation varies based on experience and individual circumstances.
