The Performance Improvement Analyst is responsible for assisting with the implementation of performance improvement processes throughout the hospital. They work to foster positive patient outcomes through the application of safety standards and evidence-based practices.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current RN license in the State of Nevada. Three to five years of clinical experience is required, with preference given to those with case management, performance improvement, or quality assurance experience.
