Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Establish individualized plans of care and travel to various centers as required by the facility.
Candidates must hold a valid State Physical Therapist License and credentials. Previous experience in skilled nursing or acute care settings is required.
We are hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.
Provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities Travel to nearby centers as needed
