The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat pediatric clients aged 0-21 in an outpatient setting. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a valid NBCOT certification and a Colorado state license to practice Occupational Therapy. Completion of accredited therapist-level fieldwork requirements is mandatory for this role.
Part-Time or Full-Time: In-Person Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No weekends) 4 / 10 hour day shifts (3 in Colorado Springs, 1 in Castle Rock) Compensation: $60,000 – $104,000 per year Sign On Bonus: $10,000 for Full-time, $5,000 for Part-time What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time Key Responsibilities: Carry out thorough evaluations and assessments for clients experiencing a range of delays and disorders Create and execute tailored treatment plans for each individual Deliver therapy services to clients with care and attention Work together with fellow therapy team members to provide seamless care Keep detailed and current records of client progress National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date Medical, dental, and vision insurance (available the first day of the month following 30 days of employment) Company paid life insurance, with voluntary buy-up options Short/Long term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Work-life balance: Flexible scheduling to fit your individual and family needs Exceptional orientation and training program, including ongoing support and mentorship HERO employee recognition program Referral bonus Every visit matters.
