Candidates must hold a valid NBCOT certification and a Colorado state license to practice Occupational Therapy. Successful completion of therapist-level fieldwork requirements is required.

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our fun, supportive team at our Aurora clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.
Location: In-person, Aurora clinic Schedule: Part-time (possible opportunity for Full-Time if desired) Optional Workdays: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Part-time schedules are flexible and based on clinic needs Session Requirements Monday–Thursday: Availability for 10 × 30-minute sessions per day Friday: Availability for 8 × 30-minute sessions Clinic Hours Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation $60,000 – $104,000 per year plus a $5,000 sign on bonus for Part-time What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date Medical, dental, and vision insurance (available the first day of the month following 30 days of employment) Company paid life insurance, with voluntary buy-up options Short/Long term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Work-life balance: Flexible scheduling to fit your individual and family needs Exceptional orientation and training program, including ongoing support and mentorship HERO employee recognition program Referral bonus Every visit matters.
