The case manager provides comprehensive support, safety planning, and crisis intervention for survivors of human trafficking within a stabilization shelter. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring the basic needs of clients are met.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work or a human services field and possess at least two years of direct care experience. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are also required for this role.

This position will work as part of the human trafficking team working in close collaboration with several social service organizations ensuring that survivors can access program services with minimal barriers. The trafficking case manager will work in the crisis stabilization shelter and will provide comprehensive case management, safety planning, and ongoing support to survivors of human trafficking specifically those who have been sexually exploited and/or trafficked.
Intensive case management responsibilities begin at this level. Decision making, problem solving, and highly developed interpersonal skills are critical. This position requires high level of social work skills, practice, and knowledge
