The Therapist I provides comprehensive clinical services, including individual and group therapy, for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders in a residential setting. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related behavioral health field and possess a valid professional license (LMHC, LISW, or equivalent). A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are also required for the position.

The Therapist I provides comprehensive clinical services within an ASAM Level 3.5 residential treatment setting for adult men with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. This role delivers integrated, trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions through individual and group therapy, while maintaining a manageable residential caseload.
The Therapist I actively participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, conducts ongoing ASAM dimensional assessments, ensures accurate and timely documentation of medical necessity, and coordination care to support sustained recovery outcomes.
Compensation: between $50,000 and $63,255 per year (salary is determined by total years of relevant experience)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
