The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patient conditions and developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence. They will provide therapeutic interventions, document patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams and families.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited occupational therapy program and hold a current license to practice. Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and CPR certification are required or preferred.

The Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center – McNair Campus in Houston is a newly relaunched 30-bed inpatient rehab center designed to support patients recovering from serious conditions like stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex neurological disorders, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
