The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, establishing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting care in accordance with regulatory requirements. They also supervise therapy assistants and students while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. A valid Virginia State Occupational Therapy license or Compact Privilege is required.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited OT program.
