$52,644 - $61,418 / YEAR
Perform comprehensive clinical quality assurance audits and utilization reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Prepare written audit findings and support training efforts to improve documentation practices and clinical quality.
Requires a Master’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of counseling experience. Candidates must hold a current QHP license or applicable credential such as LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW.

What makes you a great candidate?
This position is located at 55 Dodge Rd, Getzville NY but has opportunity for remote work in accordance with departmental needs and agency policy.
This position is full-time from Monday – Friday.
Horizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. The range of pay for this position is $52,644 - $61,418. Starting pay may be impacted based on experience and education. Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually.
