The therapist will conduct developmental evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers. They will provide direct early intervention services in natural environments while coaching families to support the child's motor development and daily routines.
Candidates must hold an active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license and possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Experience in pediatrics or birth-to-three services is preferred, along with strong communication and family-coaching skills.
Competitive pay Flexible scheduling (1–2 days per week) Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow in early intervention practice Meaningful, family-centered work Your Responsibilities: Conduct developmental physical therapy evaluations for infants and toddlers Develop individualized IFSP-aligned treatment plans Provide direct early intervention services in natural environments (home and/or community settings) Address gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, posture, and mobility Coach and educate families to support carryover in daily routines Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members Complete documentation in accordance with county and state guidelines Qualifications: Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license Pediatric and/or Birth to 3 experience preferred Strong communication and family-coaching skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Passion for supporting children and families during early developmental stages Apply or call me with questions today!
