The physical therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, establishing plans of care, and performing treatment techniques within the PM&R department. They must also complete accurate documentation and billing while participating in clinical education for students.
Candidates must hold a doctorate degree from an accredited physical therapist program and possess or be eligible for a Texas State license. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting over 50 pounds and standing for the majority of the shift.
