The Registered Nurse provides total nursing care for patients in the Family Birth Center, including labor, delivery, and recovery. Responsibilities include assessing patients, implementing care plans, and coordinating with other departments to ensure continuity of care.
Candidates must have a nursing degree, a valid Texas or Compact RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. A minimum of one year of acute care experience is required, and a BSN must be obtained within three years of hire.
