The Physical Therapy Assistant will administer prescribed treatments to restore patient function and mobility under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to modify care plans.
Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license and be in good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility and proficiency with the Net Health Electronic Documentation System are preferred.
