The Residential Aide maintains the physical environment of the transitional living program and monitors resident medications. They also assist residents with daily living skills, facilitate educational groups, and ensure documentation complies with agency standards.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience in human services. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 90 days are required.

About the program: Oak Street
10 Bed Co-Ed Transitional Living Program for adults with Substance Use Disorders in Willimantic. Clients must attend outpatient treatment while in the program. Clients must have a discharge plan as it is a transitional living.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in Human Services with responsible work history.
Valid driver’s license required with good driving record.
CPR & First Aid Certification required OR must obtain within 90 days of employment.

$19.2850/hour minimum, and up commensurate upon experience
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off of relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
