The Physician Assistant will provide medical care in both office and hospital settings, including performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, and assisting in orthopedic surgeries. They are also responsible for managing patient care plans, documenting medical records, and performing hospital rounds.
Candidates must be graduates of an AMA-accredited physician assistant program and hold a current North Carolina PA license. Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants is also required.
