Physical therapists will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals. The role also involves supervising physical therapist assistants and working across home health and skilled nursing facility settings.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapist program and hold an active PT license in the state of practice. Experience with the geriatric population and knowledge of Medicare billing regulations are preferred.

Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
CCCs required, or be a CFY candidate.
Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions. Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs. Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
