Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in home health provide one-on-one skilled nursing care, assess patient needs, develop care plans with physicians, and monitor patient response to treatment and healing progress. They are responsible for overseeing case management using patient-specific care plans to promote patient health and independence in their homes.
Candidates must have a Vocational/Technical Degree from an accredited Practical Nursing school and possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with a valid Georgia license, along with a valid Georgia Driver's License. One to two years of Practical Nursing Experience is preferred, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
CRNA - GI Endoscopy (Day Shift, No Call)
