The coordinator manages surgical procedures and delivery planning for patients with bleeding disorders, including tracking outcomes and facilitating care. They also provide patient education, manage prescription refills, and ensure accurate documentation within the electronic health record system.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana. A minimum of 2 years of experience in chronic disease care is required, with a preference for hematology experience.
