The Home Health Aide provides in-home personal care and health-related services to support patient well-being. They must follow a written plan of care while adhering to Medicare/Medicaid regulations and agency policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with vehicle insurance. CPR certification is also required upon hire, though no prior work experience is necessary.
The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing patients with in-home personal care and designated health-related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well-being, while following thewritten plan of care, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and agency policies and procedures.
Education H.S.
