The pharmacist is responsible for the distribution, compounding, and dispensing of medications while monitoring therapy for patients across various age groups. They also supervise pharmacy technician activities and perform clinical patient-focused care throughout the hospital.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy and be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Georgia. No prior work experience is required, though hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
