The Physical Therapist Assistant performs treatments and provides exercise instruction to patients in a home health setting. They are responsible for patient education and ensuring care is delivered according to the established plan of care.
Candidates must hold an Associate’s Degree from a CAPTE accredited program and possess a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license. Additionally, a valid driver's license and current CPR certification are required upon hire.
