The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within the home health setting. This includes performing technical skilled nursing care to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a valid LPN state licensure. Additionally, a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and CPR certification are required.

Education Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing Required Licenses and Certifications LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Upon Hire Required DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
