Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of disease management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
• HCHB Experience a plus
