The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout the lifecycle by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans. They are responsible for maintaining professional standards of practice and coordinating patient care activities among assigned staff.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia. Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification is required, with additional specialty certifications like ACLS or PALS required within 180 days of hire.
