Patient Care: Provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Therapeutic Interventions: Implement treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, and assistive device training. Patient Education: Educate patients and families on techniques to improve functional skills and independence.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions.
Certification: Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 6 months of experience hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab facility is required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
