Provides phone and face-to-face triage, crisis intervention, and brief therapeutic services to individuals seeking behavioral health support. Conducts screenings for benefit eligibility and facilitates referrals to internal and external service providers.
Requires a Master's degree in a mental health discipline and at least two years of experience in treating mental illness. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Michigan professional license such as LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC, or LPC.

· Provides phone and face-to-face triage, crisis intervention, brief therapeutic interventions, and initial “Requests for Service” to consumers seeking services · Provides a screening of consumer benefits and level of need to determine population eligibility · Provides referrals to services to internal and external service providers
· Master’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline · Two or more years’ experience providing treatment to individuals with a mental illness · Excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously, and work independently · Licensed by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation as a LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC or LPC and must become fully licensed with-in 30 months of date of hire #ZR
