The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients of all ages while designing and adjusting individualized plans of care. They also educate patients and caregivers, supervise support personnel, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a valid Illinois Occupational Therapist license. Additionally, a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients of all ages. Serves as a role model in the delivery of professional services and as a clinical resource for staff and students.
