The Mammography Tech II is responsible for performing all types of mammography studies, including needle localization and ductograms. The role requires competency in stereotactic biopsy and quality control related to mammography.
Candidates must be graduates from an accredited Radiologic Technology program and hold ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography. One year of experience in mammography and stereotactic procedures is preferred.

Requires competency in stereotactic biopsy and/or ability to competently perform QC related to mammography. Additionally, this position is characterized by the ability to perform all types of mammography studies to include needle localization and ductograms. Works in areas requiring autonomy and indirect supervision.
REQUIRED Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist with certification in Radiography and Mammography R.T.(R)(M)(ARRT). Qualified to perform stereotactic procedures and/or quality control (QC) specific to mammography. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support. (BLS) PREFERRED One (1) year of experience in mammography. One (1) year of experience in stereotactic procedures and/or quality control (QC) specific to mammography. Experience in Clinical Research setting. Work Hours: 0800 -1630
