The Home Health Weekend Admission Nurse will conduct initial assessments of patients to determine their home care needs and perform follow-up evaluations as necessary. This role involves making home visits, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with physicians and agency staff to ensure quality care.
Candidates must possess a current and unrestricted CA RN license and BLS/CPR certification. Experience with OASIS assessments, high acuity patients, and IV medication infusions is highly desired.
