$17 - $19 / HOUR
The worker will promote and assist clients with self-help skills related to hygiene, eating, and grooming, while monitoring attendance and maximizing participation in assigned activities. Responsibilities also include conducting activity groups, encouraging socialization, and accurately documenting client responses in medical records.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required, though an Associate degree in a social science field is preferred. Candidates should ideally possess one year of direct care experience or relevant non-professional internship experience, along with a valid California Driver’s License.
