Direct Support Professionals assist adults with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management while fostering independence. They also facilitate community participation and act as advocates to ensure the safety and dignity of the individuals they support.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of passing a background check, TB test, and physical examination. A valid driver's license with a clear driving record and reliable transportation is required.
