Salary

Direct Support Professionals assist individuals with daily living activities, behavioral support, and skill-building in their homes and communities. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe living environment and accurately documenting care and daily activities.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid US driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check through the Department of Human Services.

As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.
Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building) Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation). Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication. Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy. Accurately document care and daily activities
Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn 18 years or older A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance. Ability to pass a background check through DHS
